BCYC Memorial Day Weekend Events
Come By Land Or Sea
Saturday May 26, and Sunday May 27, 2018
This year’s boating season kick-off will be a land/sea event to be held at Gail and Bob Higginbotham’s home on Minnow Creek. The fun begins on Saturday with the ever popular annual BCYC Silent Auction, followed by dinner hosted by Gail and Bob. If you have not already done so, please consider donating auction items such as member hosted dinners, mystery dinners, cocktail cruises, stays at condos or houses in fun places, handmade items, nautical items, artwork, etc. We have had great auction items and a lot of fun with this in the past! Please send a description, image, retail value and minimum bid of your item to Gail Higginbotham at redcedarstudio@gmail.com
Sunday’s event will be an inaugural Commodorable/Commodore Breakfast hosted by Chris & Colin Soucy.
Come by land or sea. If you are coming by boat, Fleet Captain Chuck Kahle will be monitoring Channel 72 and assist you with rafting or anchoring.

Saturday, May 26: Silent Auction & Dinner

4:00 PM - Happy Hour/Auction Items on Display for your perusal
6:00 PM – Dinner served
8:00 PM – Silent Auction closes. Successful bidders must pay at the event, so bring cash or your checkbook!!!
Dinner will be grilled beef tenderloin and smoked turkey with all the fixings, prepared by Gail & Bob. Ice, cups, water & tea will be provided.

Sunday, May 27: Commodorable/Commodore Hosted Breakfast
Hosts: Chris & Colin Souc
Cost: $8 pp
9:00 AM - Omelet breakfast
Menu: Customized Omelets, Mimosas, Bloody Marys, Orange Juice, Mixed Fresh Fruit, Coffee Cake, Bagels & Cream Cheese, Muffins, regular and decaf coffee, tea and hot water.
11:00 AM – Board of Governor’s Meeting
