BACKYAKKERS LABOR DAY CRUISE 2019!
Just when you thought you survived Pirates Weekend and could relax into fall we have organized a labor day cruise to keep water under your keel !!
We will start at Tolchester Marina on Saturday August 31st and end at the lovely Baltimore Yacht Club off Middle River before heading home on Thursday September 5th. Hopefully you have made your slip reservations as reminded; now it's time to sign up for the events!
Tolchester Marina, 410-778-1400, 21085 Tolchester Beach Road, Chestertown, MD for both Saturday and Sunday night. Your hosts Terry and Jeanie Bidnick are going above and beyond the call of duty by hosting both nights!! On Saturday we will be enjoying a Happy Hour at 5pm and then dinner at 6pm at the on-site restaurant. Order off the menu. BUT bring your Mexican Train Dominoes Set because there will be a tournament following dinner!!
Sunday will include relaxing at the marina with Happy Hour at 5pm - A-M Bring Appetizer to share. Dinner at 6pm: Grill to include chicken and burgers. L-Z Bring Side Dish or dessert. Cost: $8.00 /pp BYOB
Monday, Labor Day, we will cruise to Worton Creek and stay at Worton Marina, 410-778-3282, 23145 Buck Neck Rd, Chestertown, MD. Your hosts Ann and Chuck Kahle will be grilling out Pork Tenderloin and Local (Carlisle) sausage along with cole slaw and beans. HH 5pm L-Z bring Appetizer. Dinner at 6pm A-M dessert or side. Cost $10/pp BYOB
Lastly we will head across the bay to the lovely Baltimore Yacht Club, 410-682-2310, 800 Baltimore Yacht Club Road, Baltimore MD. We have a Caribbean themed BBQ hosted by Gary and Pamela Budesheim on Tuesday, September 3rd in the Pavilion. Happy Hour at 5 pm A-M bring Appetizer. Dinner of homemade Jamaican Jerk Chicken or sausages with grilled sweet corn. L-Z bring side dish or dessert. Cost: $7/pp BYOB. And Bring your best Caribbean attire to Party like you're at Foxy's! Last night your Hosts Pat and Tom Bernhart, Vice-Commodore, have planned a Happy Hour at 5pm and Dinner at 6pm at the Baltimore Yacht ClubHouse. Order off menu, individual checks.
